Limited Asbestos Inspection (LAI)
   2 - 3 Days Turnaround Time
   RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE - UPON REQUEST!
   Required to be performed before any renovation and/or demolition of a building, according
     to the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) Senate Bill 509
   Performed in accordance with the TDSHS - Texas Asbestos Health Protection
     Rules (TAHPR)
   Bulk sampling and laboratory analysis of suspected Asbestos Containing Building
     Materials (ACBM) by a Texas Licensed Asbestos Inspector to determine the presence
     of asbestos in a building
   A minimum of three (3) samples per homogenous area are required to be taken and analyzed
     by an accredited laboratory using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM)

Asbestos Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Plan
   2 - 3 Days Turnaround Time
   RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE - UPON REQUEST!
   Performed after an Asbestos Inspection has identified Asbestos Containing Building
     Material (ACBM)
   Formulation of an O&M Plan to maintain existing ACBM in good condition until it is
     removed and minimize the possibility of a fiber release that could harm human health and
     the environment through periodic monitoring
   Implementation of proper training and monitoring procedures, work practices, response
     actions to accidental damage to ACBM, and record keeping procedures, by a licensed
     Texas Asbestos Management Planner
